Yeah... that's Cat Deeley!!!!!!! Isn't she gorgeous!! I am SUCH a big So You Think You Can Dance fan and while they were in Salt Lake for season 6 auditions last week, they invited the local media out. This usually doesn't happen since they're a FOX show and we're the CBS station but the PR guy for the show Michael was really cool. So anyways.. I was producing the noon show that day and when they told our photographer they'd have Cat Deeley available for interviews, he came back and said he had no idea what to ask her.. Sooooooo my bosses and coworkers took over so I could go out and do the interview!!!! SO AWESOME! Cat was supposed to be there at noon, she didn't get there until about 12:45, then she had to do a bunch of show taping stuff outside, she literally walked the ENTIRE line of dancers that went around an entire block, saying hello and talking to them. Finally at about 2:00 she came over for us to do the interview. Oh did I mention it was about 102 degrees out that day???? Anyways, there I was extremely sweaty, interviewing one of the most beautiful, talented women on TV!!! She was really nice and so genuine about how much she loves her job. And even better, she was SO cool when I asked her if I could be totally unprofessional and get a picture with her! Cat says she does the same thing, even during the shows she said she'll whip out a camera and take pictures for her blog LOL :) So long story short this was an awesome opportunity that just comes with the job :)Wednesday, July 29, 2009

That's so cool! I'm jealous!
No fair. Well, one time I was able to interview Leslie Bibb for Peter Rosen. So I guess we're even.
