Minnesota in January

We're back from the coldest vacation of my life. We went to Minneapolis for my best friend Mitch's wedding. Leave it to Paige to choose the coldest week in HISTORY to get married ;) We flew in Thursday, the temp was -22 when we got there. That doesn't include the "wind chill" which makes it feel like -40. By friday it warmed up to -14. Saturday the high was 5!! We stayed with Mitch but his heat wasn't fabulous LOL we had two space heaters and ended up buying a heated blanket too!

We spent a few days just relaxing, and eating and enjoying not being at work. And we played with Paige's puppy Bailey..

Then it was time to get married... The ceremony was beautiful and really short!

It snowed the morning we left, that meant it was warming up! Luckily no delays! Then we stopped in Colorado and had lunch with my sister Diane and her husband Toby. It was like 58 degrees there, a MAJOR difference from MN and an awesome change!
